Hi! I’m Jeannie Fu
I’m a bilingual (Mandarin/English) corporate attorney and the founder of WAYWOO Law, a boutique transactional firm built to make business law practical, clear, and genuinely useful for founders and small businesses.
Before launching WAYWOO, I spent years in-house at tech and e-commerce companies (both privately held and publicly traded) partnering with executives on commercial deals, policies, privacy/AI, and day-to-day risk management. I know how fast teams move and what they actually need from counsel: clear answers, business-savvy tradeoffs, and documents that accelerate **not stall** execution.
Prior to my legal career, I grew up in a family business, helping manage all aspects of it (from sourcing materials and suppliers at trade shows to closing high-value customer deals). After college, I served as a project manager at a semiconductor company, where I led a transformational compliance initiative converting leaded products to lead-free to meet EU regulations.
My focus is simple: keep it strategic, keep it simple, and keep your business moving forward.

在创办律所前，我多年担任科技与电商企业的内部法律顾问（私营与上市公司），与管理层紧密合作处理商业合同、公司政策、隐私/AI 合规与日常风控，强调“清晰答案 + 商业取舍 + 加速执行”。
更早之前，我在家族企业中成长，并在一家半导体公司担任项目经理，主导将含铅产品转为无铅以满足欧盟法规的合规转型，形成了“结果导向、合规落地”的工作方式。
